Are you going to rage in Skyrim?

Post » Fri Aug 19, 2011 2:01 pm

Admit it, it's going to happen sooner or later. You're going to make a character who will destroy everything in his/her path.

EDIT: I'm not talking about your first playthrough, I'm talking like a year after the game is made, you may want to make an evil character, and kill everyone. It happened to me, just saying.

Nope. Going on a killing rampage in GTA is one thing but I almost never do that in TES. Cause going on a killing rampage probably means I'm bored and that's why I'm gonna do it, thing is I'm never bored in TES :D

I won't be killing everything I see. I only fight when attacked and then sometimes I'll run away....proudly. I run fast, you see. :) I can hide too and use a magic spell to be invisible. I'd rather not fight at all and I'm definitely not an assassin. I've never played evil, so to your question... no. :)

All of the above. Maybe not as part of an actual playthrough, but whether I like to admit it or not, in Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Fallout: New Vegas, sooner or later I go on a rampage and slaughter everyone I can possibly find through any means possible. There is no doubt in my mind that within the first week of playing Skyrim I will do so at some point.

Nah, if I make evil characters they're opportunistic, not raging lunatics.

For me stealth is the most satisfying way to play. I love stalking someone, watching them go about their day..completely unaware that its the last sweetroll they will ever eat. Putting grenades in people's pockets in Fallout also leads to epic lulz.

Never done it in MW, OB, FO3, or FO:NV, so... doubtful.

first seriously major annoyance.

> pause
> save
> fast travel to medium sized village
> kill everyone and stack their bodies in a pile in the town square as a warning to others.
> feel bad
> load save
> go and give away free stuff in said village

Yeah but neither those are killing rampages which is why I don't consider I go on killing rampages. Assassinating marked targets on the other hand...

P.S: Love the fact that because you don't like killing every NPC that crosses the screen you're a wiener. Nice one OP :)

This poll is extremely biased. It makes it seem like anyone who doesn't go around acting like a moron killing people and being extremely violent is a little [censored]. And that's not the case. Some of us just like to RP something other than a murdering psychopath.

I'm like that orc: I'll come at you with a hammer the size of a child and I won't stop swinging until your head explodes.

It is kind of wasteful sounding to me...I would rather go on adventures and search for treasure. But to each his own...

In New Vegas I definitely went on a spree and literally wiped out every location on the map when I got bored lol. I never really did in Oblivion because I liked the world around me.... and the psychic guards always laid the beat down on me :P

I hope I never get bored enough with the world of Skyrim to play out the end of times for every man and mer.
