Check the store on the site (https://secure.gamesas.com/store > payment methods), if there is your credit card number. It happened to me, too; my credit card data was gone a day after I purchased the DLC1. I entered the data again and the error was gone. Now, it appears very rare, only when I join mannualy a server. In quick join - never. I click sign in again and no error appears anymore.
New edit: I just removed the credit card data from my account (I didn't know that you can do that; it's a new feature). I'll replay back to you when I get back home; if the game works without the credit card data, then this is not the solution.
Anyway, try playing only with quick join and only on ranked servers.
New edit: It's working with credit card data removed from the store, too. Sign out from gamesas.com, delete all the coockies and temporal data in browser, sign in again on the site, check in store if the purchase history shows you the DLC, then start he game and play. If you get an error, restart the game, then go to Downloadable content in game; you should see your DLC there with PURCHASED. Now you can play without errors.
