» Sat Aug 20, 2011 12:38 pm I'll be streaming myself playing random pubs mostly, but also any scrims / 2on2s / etc that we may organize. we including upstanding gentlemen of the community such as Bitey, SDub and JRey. we are all above averages players so I think it'll be entertaining and fun to watch, and it will allow you to get into the mindset of what people are thinking in organized scrim games. I do this every time I play Starcraft II, and, having recently picked up Crysis, I figured why not?
the purpose of these streams is simply to showcase raw gameplay footage. this in contrast to frag videos or highlight videos - while they are entertaining to watch, they don't necessarily always highlight the subtler and finer points of gameplay such as what builds the players are using, or how they're navigating the map so that they can get themselves in these triple kill / psycho situations to begin with. another great thing is that whenever I get accused of hacking I can simply link them to exonerate myself ^^
