In fallout 2 if you where a male you could sleep with the bishops daughter or wife(or both) and in the ending it says that they had a a child who enjoyed exploring the wastes.

I also remember a guy in novac came from Reno because the bishop thought he did it(?)

is it just me or do you wanna see the chossen ones child?

The Chosen One's child took over the Bishop family, wandered the wastes like his father, and http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Bruce_Isaac had sixual activities with his daughter and robbed the Shark Club.

Mr. Bishop died quitely in his sleep years later, never knowing his true father.

possible Fallout 2 ending

Requirements: Impregnate either Bishop woman and leave her alive, but do not tell Mrs Bishop to move on.

Not long after the destruction of the Enclave, the Bishop Family of New Reno was blessed with a child. This child seemed to have little in common with the Bishops, preferring instead to spend his days exploring the wastes. When he turned thirteen, he seized control of the Bishop Family and led them to victory over the remaining New Reno families. He died quietly in his sleep at the age of seventy-three, never having known his real father.

There were rumours of the Bishop child being a possible protagonist in a future game... I think it would make a great "AI-controlled Alternative PC" that the player could help/hinder through a game.
