Old World Blues level cap.

I tried searching and searching "Old World Blues" is yielding no results for some reason.

Simple question... does OWB raise the level cap of whatever you have by 5, or does it push it to 45 (5 beyond what Honest Hearts would give you?)

I.e. If I'm really just interested in the level 45 cap, can I just get OWB, or do I need to get DM & HH as well? I imagine I'll get all of them at some point (With the possible exception of Dead Money), just not wanting to right now.

Each DLC raises the cap by 5

If you just own one DLC, your cap is 35
If you own two, your cap is 40
If you own three, your cap is 45
If you get Lonesome Road and own 4, it'll be 50.

It just adds +5 to you current max level cap. In other words, if you have Dead Money but not Honest Hearts, and you bought Old World Blues you're max level would be 40. The max level you can be without any DLC's is 30, every DLC you buy will increase this by 5.
