I'm well above the requirements for advancement to Primate and I've done all of the Imperial Cult quests but when I ask for advancement the cult members keep telling me that I don't meet requirements. None of the required attributes or skills are being fortified. The only mod I'm using that might change the Imperial Cult is the Patch Project. Basically, I need the console command to advance me to Primate to get around this, it would seem. Could somebody please tell me what it is?
