Moving Doormarkers across Cyrodiil

Hey guys and gals, another problem here. I found a really good spot to move my castle to near Dive rock, and I managed to move everything but the patrol circles and door markers. So, I don't have any NPCs in my newly moved castle's exterior, and I cannot enter my newly moved castle. Is there an easier way to move pathing and door markers without literally dragging it from chorrol to way north of cheydinhal? If need be I can upload my edited mod for those who want to see it. I will upload some screenshots shortly.

Unlink the doors, move the doors, re-link the doors.

Pathing can be done by removing auto generated pathgrids, re-generating them, and then fixing and optimising things manually.
