[WIP] Argonian Guard Armor : III

Hi Guys,

Finally i got sick of playing Oblivion.
So i thought to myself let's play some Morrowind!
I did a lil bit of modding years ago for Morrowind,
so i decided to make some custom armor for myself.
I like it pretty musch so i thought: Let's share it!
So hear it is not quite done yet.

My only concern would be possible clipping of the helm if used on a different argonian head. As it looks now, it's pretty tight on the head in the screenshot. If used on a slightly wider head, clipping could be a problem.

yeah doesnt look too bad!

about the head clipping thing - just attach the helm to a head (any head) and re-text the head to match the helm - that way it looks like a full helm and wouldnt ahve to worry about clipping (as when worn it will replace the head

Although that will make it unusable by Argonians, as helms that replace the head body part count as full helms as far as I know.

I think the armor looks very nice. The helm does look tight on the head, but altogether awesome!

Not bad. I mostly like the helm. If you can make a variety of them, all designed to fit the different (vanilla) Argonian head/hair combinations, that would solve the problem, and give people more options. It's always bugged me that every armor of the same material looks exactly the same, it even happens with modded armor. We could really do with some different designs.

Take a look at Melchior's Argonian Armor mod for inspiration, he did some excellent work there.

The armor looks pretty good. I do agree that the helm looks a little small for all the different heads- not that there are many different argonian heads really.

Can't tail armor be made for Liztail's argonians somehow as well? Pretty sure I've read something about it from him while he was still around here.

Don't know if it fits Liztail's Argonians, but Sotonhorian armor features an optional tail piece. Or were you asking that only as it applies to Liztail's Argonians?
