A 3D crosshair. A crosshair that renders where the player is aiming, and not at screen depth.
I know it takes some work that would be better spent polishing the game engine but, for me, not having and having a 3D crosshair makes the diference between a piece of crap and an awesome 3D experience.
Know what else a game needs to be 3d ready? A constant 120 fps. That means that to get the same fluid framerate you need to sacrifice half of the detail you would have had normally. Otherwise, prepare for a headache!

I think you're confusing FPS with screen refresh rate.
It needs that too, which requires a very expensive monitor. How do you expect the screen to refresh 120 times every second if you don't have frames rendered for the screen to display?
