1. Is it worth getting? do you think it is good.

2 Is it hard to install? I already have a few mods installed that are installed in fook aswell so i don't know what to there.

3. Will it lag my fallout 3? My fallout 3 is already very bad at around 20-30 in most areas but around rivet city for some reason it drops to 2-5 fps. A few times today it already crashed on me. I also get far worse lag inside buildings?
