I've got goty pc edition off steam. I'm running windows 7 64-bit with a asus 6850, 4 gigs ram, and a hex-core processor.

I've tried the quadcore fix, updated video drivers, direct x (even installed 9), I am running just the fallout3.exe with no mods. All of this is done on the lowest settings.

I've spent about 5-6 hours trying to figure this off and am starting to think I got ripped off.
