I stumbled upon this mod in another thread and it is excellent.

I simply wanted to make people aware of the mod as I am enjoying it. If you enjoyed NV Bounties 1 & 2 and want something in the same general genre but with its own unique and excellent spin, I recommend downloading it!

I'll second this, I started playing with this a few days ago, pretty rad. Very seamless, just adds another dimension to the game. Seems to be relatively bug free as well.

The gear looks cool, but is not at all over powered. Took me a while to figure out how to actually start BRINGING THE LAW!!, but haven't had to DL the spoiler file yet, so bonus. Flows naturally as you do whatever.
