I'm trying to figure out how to get custom animations to work in fallout. I got one to play in game, but it's badly distorted. I've checked all the tutorials I could find, but they haven't been much help with this problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

Define 'distorted'. Screenshots would be helpful.
