Online multiplayer weapon attachment unlocks : Crysis

Ok so I need to get a weapon attachment, and fast to mixup my gameplay but the problem is I have no idea how to get an unlock. Can you help me? Do I have to complete challenges or something?

Just get kills with the gun then you get an unlock.
Unlocks may vary from gun to gun.
And some guns you have to get more kills with to get the unlocks.

Ah, thank you. All I need to do now is to get kills =L (I'm a rubbish player)
