Hi all I read somewhere on the wiki that the NCR has a mech division. If so wheres do you think its, what do you think it includes and why do you think it's not at the dam? (game limitations aside)

like salvaged power armor or robots? they have salvaged power armor wearers but no robots, well very few if any

No its no salvaged PA because thats part of the Heavy Infantry branch. I think it was under NCR military on the wiki

That was written in the old Fallout Bibles, but Chris Avellone stated that after Bethesda purchased the franchise, the Bibles can't be considered canon anymore.

That sounds great for a mod of some kind.

NCR sentry bots were cut content for FO: NV, but I doubt they would consider sentry bots a mechanized division.

I would have imagined something more like an up armoured truck? Possibly an APC

there aren't any working vehicles in fallout for the most part, so it's unlikely for the NCR to have a large amount of armored trucks, if any.
