I used console commands to alter my characters stats. Now, it seems that when I level up, I am not able to continue to the perk selection menu. Because it says that I still need to distribute skill points. And now, there is a glitch where I keep on leveling up, even if I use console commands to close the level menus, I continue to level up. HELP!

I'd just stay away from leveling console commands. I tried it once to test an explosives build... Well it was too buggy. I'd just stay away from console commands to be used as cheats such as levels. It never turned out well for me but I never was good with that sort of thing.
