Hi all!
i've got a problem when using obse (0.20) everytime i fight and i double click it makes a power attack i tried loading a previous savegame and it worked temporarely. is there any way to fix this?

Running any combat mods?

i don't run any combat mods but i have some other mods installed: All Natural, Sounds of Cyrodill, Animated Windows Lightning system Qarls Texture pack redimized and Oblivion Graphics Extender

None of those should have anything to do with it...... I don't think I have ever seen that type of behavior before though, I don't think its a feature of the game engine...... What mouse do you use, and is there a system tray app that goes with it?

I use a Logitech G9x mouse you have to install some drivers for it to work.

Might want to check you mouse properties then, and see if "sticky mouse" is on, or something along those lines. (allows you to click once and drag, click again to release. Game might see that as attempting a power attack.)
