I'm sure we all knowthat since Vampires have been confirmed...Logic would tell us that we can become one, right? So how will this effect relationships with the person you marry? If you marry someone before you turn a vampire...and then you get turned into one...how will they react to to your transformation? Can you change your spouse into a Vampire as well?

No. I highly doubt marriage to one of the most, if not the most despised type of undead would be shunned and in context it really is too broad a setting to design around in my opinion.
