On Fallout: NV - Dead money, I have completed it but i cant go up the ladder to the surface and continue the campain and I need some advice.

On Fallout: NV - Honest Hearts, I have downloaded it, and played it... but now it wont work. I hop onto FNV and it says DLC corrupted and i play my current caracter. I start in the first town and i have yao goi meat and the mantice gauntlit but now the passage is blocked and i cant continue the DLC. i have re downloaded it several times and i am through with it... can anyone help.
