I think we can count on one that increases survivability against Divide creatures.
I hope for one that increases base unarmed damage to make my fists more dangerous.
Maybe one that increases damage with "pre-war" weapons or gives bonuses when wearing pre-war clothes.

I would assume a perk against the "Divide Dwellers". Kinda like Sneering Imperialist from HH

Well with the violent weather hoopla, and at least one weapon (from the screens) that appears to shoot electricity, probably something to do with electricity/lightning. I don't believe theres an entry, however, for Electricity (as an energy type). They've stated no patch is needed for PC/XB...so...dunno. Lightning strips air to plasma, so I suppose they could class it as that. Or not. Seems kind of thin typed out.

I'd be surprised, regardless, if there wasn't a perk relating to weather in some way.

Sneering imperialist would still work if the divide's inhabitants turn out to be tribals or junkies tho...

Actually unless they use Mojave Wasteland form IDs it's impossible.

It is possible they could still be tribals, maybe Khan-esque like. THe Divide has nothing there and it is a deathtrap, so I can't see how there can be a civilization there

Maybe a perk that increases a weapon's damage that deal elemental damage (fire, electricity)?

Ah I didnt know that, I guess my perk idea is a dud

The Divide is supposed to have some wicked weather, and I would assume you would get some sort of rad storm like in the Nevada Skies mod. Why not a perk to protect yourself from that?

Rad Storms would be epic.

Here is a perk idea

Lone Wolf: You travel alone, having your goons fighting for you is a woos-es game. All skills +5 when not with companions.
