I've just literally had it with the pipboy's dated CRT-ish scanlines, distortions, and the like. There has got to be a way to finally remove all these effects and give me a inventory screen that doesnt distort and double over every time I bring it up just so I can swap stuff out in my inventory.

I heard there's an ini tweak. If someone can point me to it, I'll give you a box of internet cookies. Wait, make it two boxes...

I have that installed. Its either not working or it did not fix the issue I'm talking about. Its the animated distortion when you pull up the pipboy, not the scanlines...
