my last save is directly infront of the house before talking to heart fang activating the werewolf attack

the game froze during this werewolf attack :/

also I cast bound dagger before existing teh house and the game unsummoned it on me and then i resummoned it and game pretty much crashed :/ will this constantly happen or was it because i was playing teh game prior to this point for 3-4 hours straight
