Jk on title.

I was curious if i could drop items in my player owned house.

Will they or will they not disappear over time?

If by "drop" you mean drop on the floor, then yes. Anything you drop on the ground or on a floor in Cyrodiil will stay there indefinitely. Your stuff will disappear if you drop it on the ground in an Oblivion realm, though.

Same as everybody else here.

Drop plenty of things in my houses and never had anything disappear per say. However, forewarning... the ball things from the gates... sigil stones?? They have wierd properties and don't like to sit still. One time I had one drop through the earth and would always walk around the area as if there was a lump in the floor ha.

However, if you have patience like some of us, you can actually grab objects and decorate your house! You can even be insane and take 7 or 8 hours to decorate dang book shelves!

I used to keep all my dungeon diving spoils in a pile on the floor back on the xbox. It got to be so much stuff that I had a huge FPS drop whenever I entered my house.
