CTD on Load : IV

Recently, I've been having trouble loading my save files. Every time I try, I hear a windows error sound while it's loading, and then the game just crashes. Mostly, it seems to be happening in Paradise, but I've also noticed it in Miscarcand. Any suggestions?

Wow, lots of issues here.

You're using both Natural Weather and Natural Weather HDR. You're only meant to use one. Or even better, drop Natural Weather and use All Natural instead.
Consider using Enhanced Vegetation instead of Natural Vegetation.
Quest Award Leveling shouldn't be used, http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13536 should be used instead.
Update the Unofficial Patches to the supplemental versions, and drop the SSSB patch for the Thieves Den.
MotionBlur.esp, using OBGE is suggested instead.
You're using lots of combat mods, like Duke Patricks and Deadly Reflex, yet you have no Bashed Patch. You need one.
Take out the crash preventer. It only masks the crashes, doesn't solve them, and can make things worse.
BOSS your load order, it's a mess.

However most of your mods I'm completely unfamiliar with. That's what I could spot at a quick glance, however there's likely a lot more.
