I'm having a problem with my current save. The game will start to use all available cpu, and is choppy once I fast-travel or leave to another area. If I save and load again after fast-travelling it will still use 100% of the cpu. But if I load an old save it will run normally until i fast-travel.

I tried to load one of the new saves on another computer and it ran fine. So I don't think that it has to do with the save itself.

Does anyone now how to fix this? I'v tried to reinstall and deleting the ini-files in the save game-folder and the files under AppData\Local. But it didn't solve anything.

I've also tried starting a completly new game, and it works fine untill I leave the doc's house.

On the last update the game got screwed know it uses all CPU available on different saves mainly new saves just wait for new update.
