I'm trying to complete the still in the dark quest. I've found the paladins and the holotape at Repconn hq, but there simply are no paladins or holotapes at the other two locations, one at Nellis, and one in the radioactive crater by black mountain, where the centaurs are. I've gone right where the quest marker points me, looked everywhere, even used TCL to move through the ground to see if they had fallen through. They're just nowhere to be found.

My question is, does anybody know how I can add the holotapes via console, or move the quest on?
