What Ulysses REALLY wants

Sorry if this has already been posted, but I was being a dork and exploring Black Isle's scraqed Fallout 3 project from 2003, codenamed Van Buren, and saw some interesting tidbits under the "Presper's Plan" section.

Seems the nuclear missile (which looks like a rocket to me) in the screenshot and the name Ulysses might have a past together.

Just thought it was interesting enough to post. Here's the article:

Think the theory has any merit?

Not really, considering that Ulysses is nothing like Presper. And all info about Van Buren should be taken with a grain of salt. For example, in Van Buren the city of New Canaan was a thriving trader hub. In New Vegas, it was the same thing, but was raided and burned before the events of the Honest Hearts DLC, despite the two taking place in the same time period.

But you never know, any theory has a chance of being right. Welcome to the forums!
