so my characters level 33 and KotN armour doenst level with my character still has same spell effects as it did at level 22

any way what are the best sigil stones to get ? I know your going to suggest chamelian but its not needed for me because I have a catable invisibility spell + 100 sneak and security + morrowinds Chamelian was 120 million times better because 1% didnt look like 100%

my last play through I collected feather sigil stones but i used them on some horrible armour types at low levels but this play through I have a fairly large invent size of 400 pounds and i barely collect anything any way unlike I did in my 1st play through

is it posible to get one with "absorb health" instead of drain health because I could just get some madness/amber weapons made if i wanted drain health effect of 20 points per strike

also what am i supposed to do once I enter the Kvatch gate ? the guard there keeps dieing because hes in low level armour faceing aginst 3-6 Xvielia (a daedra ype that wields heavy 2 handed weapones with one hand and has the ability to cast some rather devestating fire balls even on easiest difficulty these things tak 50% of my health away if i dont kill them off quickly)
