Not really no. Oldblivion would be necessary to even attempt it on that GPU, and the rest of the system would hardly make it worth the effort.

CPU below spec, GPU below spec, probably no discreet sound card either. Even oldblivion wouldn't run very well on that machine.

I had a Geforce Ti 200 when NWN1 was new, but with a somewhat better CPU than that (in those days, the MX is the one that became the onboard chip). Geforce 3s were only Dx8, just like GF4s were. OldBlivion can't do anything with that slow of a CPU, however.
