Does anyone know what the most powerful silenced weapon is? With exception of the Sniper Rifle.

I Dont think you'll get better than a silenced sniper rifle for a long range rifle that is a high damage single shot, Unless you got the unique one from OWB

Yea lol I've had that BB gun before, I'm starting a new sneaky playthough so I'm just trying to find a good gun to use. I might go for the 12.7mm pistol.

The silenced 12.7mm pistol is good and powerful, but it gets pretty inaccurate at range. If you have Honest Hearts then I would recommend getting the silenced 45. auto pistol, its not as powerful, but it fires quicker, is easier to repair, is more accurate at range and is the most powerful silenced holdout gun. Its all about your preference, I would just recommend on not using Ratslayer for your stealth character. The silencer on it is bugged and has no effect, the silenced sniper rifle is still your best bet overall. If you have Old World Blues then get Christine's COS silencer rifle, its even more powerful then the Gobi.

Find a knife suppressor from the Gun Runners and put it on your combat knife.

Add the laser knife sight for lower spread.
