Ok... pretty much heres my story:

I have a 32" Philips LCD HDTV. My friend has a 32" Samsung LCD HDTV.

After playing Fallout 3 (on 360), on both TV's, i've really noticed something wrong with my TV. The loading circle ( O ) at the bottom of the screen is veered to the left (not centered, at all). And my HP Compass Bar is shoved more to the left, and the other bar theres more space to the right of it.

What I don't get is, I play Oblivion on my TV and 360 ALOT. And I never have these issues. Only when I play Fallout 3? Hmm.

And, like I said earlier, my friends TV made it actually centered, and I did notice it almost instantly.

My question to you all is, is there a way I could possibly fix this? Anyone? Thanks!
