Let's say that you just killed a woman in Oblivion, and you start running while the guards are chasing you. You could run ALL around Cyrodill and they will keep going. Now, the bounty hunter thread got me thinking, "Huh, maybe they will give up and then a bounty hunter will hunt you down."

As far as I'm aware, guard AI is more intelligent in Skyrim. I don't think they'll chase you to infinity and beyond any more.

edit: I think a bounty hunter would be cool, but only for serious times like murder. I don't want a bounty hunter after me for moving an apple :meh:
