I doubt the legion is still around and definitely not in Skyrim. Probably either the local hold's guard or Skyrim's version of the fighter's guild.

It is confrimed that there is an imperial legion garrison located in Windhelm but I don't know if it is joinable.

Why do 99% of people just kill everything in sight? It's [censored] annoying. I don't care what people do once they get their own copy but for now I'd like to know about something other than combat and dragons.
