While browsing on wiki I came upon http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Survivalist . It looks like it could be a perk they were deliberately saving for LR considering in the image Vault boy appears to be wearing Ulysses armor. Im hoping if it is a perk it would be survival skill 90 and doubles the items received from recipes at campfires or something along those lines. :fallout:

Maybe it was originally planned as Ulysses companion perk and was cut from the game with Ulysses. In that case it might show up in lonesome road but don't get your hopes up.
