I thought there were 3 tiers? Tier 1 to level 10 then you unlock tier 2, then tier 2 to level 16 or 18 then you unlock tier 3. At least thats how the gun runners work.

Maybe returned cut explosives like the stun/cryo/gas grenades/mines.

Sorry, but I really don't want all unique variants of weapons. I don't want a slightly different looking and slightly differently named weapon with a bit more damage and/or a few bonuses. I want new weapons that look entirely different than everything else.

Remember how unique weapons were in fallout 3? It all looked the same. The miss launcher looked exactly the same as the missle launcher. I'd rather have completely new weapons, not copies of weapons that are simply renamed.
