Looking for a good leveling mod

And I hate the "natural" leveling ones, because they take all interaction and fun out of levelling up (And horribly gimp hybrid characters through compounding disasters)

So far, the closest to what I want is Oblivion XP, but I don't like that mod's "core aspect" - the experience system.

Are there any mods out there that:
A) Replace attribute increase from choosing three attributes with arbitrary bonuses to a point-buy system like Oblivion XP's? I don't like SPAM and similar mods, because it's too tempting to just select +5's across the board.

B) Make training sessions roll-over between levels, so unused ones aren't wasted.

C) Emulate the "classless" leveling system that will be used in Skyrim: All skills apply to level-up, high-level ones moreso than low-level ones. This is the one thing I like about the "natural" leveling systems... I just don't like the way they break my attributes.

I don't care if it takes three mods to reach that goal, as long as they aren't incompatible.

I like the Elder Scroll's "Use a Skill to train it" approach to level-up, and would hate to lose that in my attempts to work around the horrible Vanilla level-up system.

Not sure about A, but http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14065 covers B and is very highly configurable. But I don't think it covers A. Might just have to lump it though. For C, I use http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36349.

Hey, I answered my own A) with http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=31478

And I like the looks of that "Anyclass" mod... though I wonder how it handles skills switching frequently between major and minor.

I don't think it actually ever changes a skill from a major to a minor. As far as I am aware, and judging by the authors previous work, it will be all done via OBSE and very neat, so as to not cause annoyances and such.

Try http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3392. Every time you increase your skills you will get a point to one of your attributes. Roll overs are not wasted, however I am not sure about your last request.

...Actually, I think I made it clear I didn't like the Natural Leveling mods such as Galerion's and nGDC, because I like my attributes to be separate and not-redundant with my skills.

Unless I'm missing a detail on some of the natural levelling mods... I'm more than just a bit disillusioned about them.

I use Kobu's Character Advancement System (KCAS).

It raises attributes on the fly, so you no longer have to wait for the level up screen to raise attributes.

You still get the level up screen though if you keep training your Major skills same as with Vanilla, but now you can only choose a +1 increase for 3 attributes.

It feels more natural because you don't have to manually keep track of the skills you've trained so that you don't waste training sessions.

For example, if you raise the skills governed by Agility by a total of 2 (can't remember the exact number), you automatically get a +1 increase in Agility.

And you can do this as many times per level as you like so that it's possible to get way more than the 15 point (3 lots of +5) increase that vanilla limited you to.

The only downside is that you can become very powerful whilst remaining at low level if you train only your minor skills.
