#1: Fully, and improved, customizable character.
#2: Near endless side quests, and hundreds of hours in random dungeon-crawling experiences.
#3: Dragons will continually hunt you down and re-spawn even after the main campaign has been completed.
#4: Open world has been improved to believable environments, also you can go **anywhere** on the map.
#5: Third Person Camera View has been improved to a more realistic experience (sliding feet and floating body affects have been fixed).
#6: Weapon and Character Upgrades are going to be accomplished much fast with 10 times more enhancements since Oblivion.
#7: You can **fully** interact with the world around you (make friends, join guilds, get married).
#8: Executions and other weapon specialties are incorporated with your character's weapons.
