NPCs like you?

Something I just realized is all the other TES games had us picking classes, it doesnt mean that was the only thing we could do but the NPC's seemed to kinda stick to certain attack types EX. caster/acher/melle so this time around where it's for us no class picking you are what you play, will it be the same for an NPC? will I have a wizard guy shooting fireballs at me only for me to close the distance and the SOB pulls out the ?Sword of 1000 Truths" and begins to hack me to bits? in the the previous title the NPC always had a back up weapon but are they going to be as versitle as me now?

Well, there'y the same really, you get mages, bandits use bows and swords.. stuff like that

They have said some npc's will have perks, so the odd named npc might have a surprise or two in store for you.
The necromancers tactics seem to have changed from OB, using shields instead of running for example, so at least the first play through should be interesting as regards enemy combat styles.

Actually since they use the same character system every single one of them (save the weakest ones) should have perks.
