Well. Can't say I'm not disappointed and I don't mean to bash the consoles.... but I think this is because of lack of buttons on the 360/PS3 remote + dual wielding.

I don't mind hugely anyway... i'll be one hitting people with my dual-powerattacking-poisoned-enchanted daggers.

No, it's not. This, this, this, and especially this is annoying to read. In fact, in my own opinion, even this colour is annoying to read. I think everyone should use white text, personally, I hate the grey.

Anyway, no more off-topic complaining about my text. What is this, hate the light pink day? It's a first, honestly.

Every damn color is annoying to read. In my opinion the only thing that should distinguish your posts is their content, not how many colors of the rainbow you can cram into it or what font you use or how much time you spend alternating bold and italics for each letter or whatnot. When you make every single post pink it's like shouting PAY ATTENTION TO ME I AM A UNIQUE SNOWFLAKE! and as a rule it makes me ignore you on principle simply because it makes me think you have nothing worthwhile to say and you are trying to make up for it with text formatting. From a more practical standpoint it can make your posts near-impossible to read if I'm looking at the mobile version of the forums on my smart phone, which I often do when I'm bored at work. But enough off-topic stuff...

People are seriously freaking out over this? You can equip a one-hander in both hands and benefit from the greater speed and one-handed skill-specific perks while still being able to block. If you're upset that you can't punch people at the same time then I really don't know what to tell you.

Is this gonna be easily moddable?

It seems like if you can block and bash with a torch then it shouldnt be that hard to mod it ti let you block with a one handed sword. (just lower the amount of damage it abosrbs significantly)

hell I would like to be able to block even if I took the same amount of damage as vanilla its just effin immersion breaking to sit there and let them smack you over and over while holding two swords in front of you

Woah, woah, woaah. What. How does this make sense? How is it even balanced?

You want to be able to parry warhammer swings with a dagger?

I doubt it will be easily moddable. You could easily replace the shield graphic with a dagger graphic and name the item "parrying dagger". However, it would be hard to have a dagger that could be used to attack and to block. The same item would be governed by two different skills. This is getting into the coding side of things rather than adding content or tweaking existing attributes.
