I have a socket 1156 mobo and i5 760 OCed @4.2, you could lower in-game graphics settings and you would need to create a custom configuration from 'game.cfg', also i'd say 4GB RAM at minimum(especially with an older GPU), but yeah, should be ok if you get some more RAM but don't worry if you can't cause it'll still run(i believe).
I do believe your GPU will be fine but i've not much knowledge on those cards.

Single player campaign would be playable

but it will be difficult in Multi-player with less FPS

Barely, maybe no, this game takes 3gb of ram, you will have massive stuttering when page memory is being offloading into your HDD. and you seem to only have about 256mb of vram........ surprised you even want to attempt the leap.....

It wont be smooth, as in constant, but on low settings maybe 20-25fps.

You will... But don't expect it to run the DirectX 11 patch
