My vampire characters will live in a large mansion or manor. If werewolves are in, my characters will live in a cottage in the wilderness.

I dithered between a lighthouse and a cabin in the forest, since I really wanted to live in Anvil lighthouse in Oblivion.

In the end though I went with the cabin. Nice and secluded, with a cosy fire and a new direction to head in every day. Perfect.

Wow, so I wasn't the only one who loved the Anvil lighthouse? :)

I wonder what Dawnstar looks like. Being near the open-sea always felt so enchanting in Oblivion.

I'll take a mage tower, with a panoramic view.

I'll travel alot, so wont be there very often.

Tough call. I'm guessing though that the game makes it so that your spouse will only move in with you into a vanilla purchased house. So I hope it isn't long until a mod changes that. It would be amusing for me and my lover to have a random mountain all to ourselves. xD

I'd like to either live in a village or a cabin in the forest by a town. I want to be close enough to town to sell stuff I horde, but I don't want to be in a city. Really as long as it's not like Oblivions housing and more like Fallouts (some Oblivion houses svcked and at least I had space to put my stuff in Fallout, I really need storage) I'll be fine.

I prefer living in owned houses for some reason so hopefully we have some selection.
