Hehehe Nice advice
well i am a really patient man so i think I can wait longer. I wont build the computer just for skyrim but i really do want to enjoy the game on max settings which I think i wont with my current computer:
Intel core 2 duo 2,13ghz
4gb ddr2 ram
Nvidia gts 250 1gb
Ace raw deal 620w (cheap psu from the store i bought it, they tricked me
I did not so much about computers as i do now but still i cant build one yet
)
To be honest i am in a situation where i dont know what to do. should i buy a new computer or should i wait for amd bulldozer/intel ivy bridge + ati hd 7xxx series/Nvidia gtx 6xx series

Honestly dude, do what i wanted to do, lost patience, and didnt (as said i'm not very patient). Wait till November, then buy. Actually, lets rewind here...
You say you want your computer to last 5+ years, which is quite a long time. You could do that buy only by spending a LOT of money, which in the end will be kinda lame after only 2 years. My very honest recommendation is this:
Invest in a good Moboard, which can support next gen processors (gana have to ask one of the people in the loop about this).
Invest in a good case (like the ones you already mentioned)
Invest in a good power supply (imo the most important part of a computer. If it dies, it can take out the rest of your system)
After that, just get some "good" hardware, not bleeding edge. Wait for the details on skyrim to release, and go a couple steps above that.
Then, as the years come, because you already have a good foundation in your motherboard, power supply, and case, you can upgrade as you go.
You could easily dump like 3+ grand in a super system, which will be mediocre in just a year or two... Or you can buy a good system for like 700$, and spend about 200-500$ a year in upkeep. If you get tech savvy between then you can even squeeze more life out when you learn to overclock. This is the way i would go. Most(keyword) games are very efficient now, since theyre based on consoles, which will always be sub standard to your build. You'll just be concerned with maxing your visually enhanced PC version.
Give that a thought.
if you want you can build a computer that can max skyrim at an acessible price, but if you are able to wait it′s better for you, because when the 6xx series are released the 5xx prices will go down.
This is quite accurate.
