Solved crashing and freezing Win7 x64

good evening,

Since ive got my new rig GTX580 Sli - i7 960 (no OC) - 12 gigs Hyperx 1600 mem and win 7 x64, ive had alot of problems running this game without it Crashing or just simpel freezing and stuttering. So maybe this will be of help to some people who has continues problems
This was done on a Clean install of windows, steam version of Fallout 3 GOTY (fully updated)

Below ill post the addons / fixes ive used to make my game 99-100% stable and without Stuttering on win 7 x64

1) Installed Large adress aware enabler for FO3 Link: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6510

2) Installed FOSE 1.2 beta Link: http://fose.silverlock.org/
You will need to start the game with Fose_loader instead of Fallout3.exe

3) Installed Fallout3 stutter remover, firstly FSR_4-0-7 and then FSR_WIP_4-1-26 Link: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8886
Just make sure you set the Stutter fix to cap your fps at 60/59 or if your rig cant handle it to a lower FPS to avoid slowmotion and to avoid the game runner faster
then programmed.

4) Set Steam to run as administrator (just to be sure)

5) Set Fallout.exe OR/AND fose_loader to run as administrator and in winXP mode (again just to be sure)

6) Make sure your drivers are updated for soft- and hardware

7) Tweak your Fallout.ini located (for win7) in C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\Fallout3
Search for the line bUseThreadedAI=0 and change the value to 1
Under that line add the following iNumHWThreads=2
Pls note that this fix is for multi cpu users such as dual- and quad cores, nevertheless it can allways help

8) This may or may not be of any help but ive found that NOT changing the controls helps it somewhat

anyhow let me know how this went, be sure to check if your system cant actually run it ( power and processing speed) no point in trying to get an integrated "card" to run this
