The city of Salem. Forsaken by fate. Abandoned by Honor.
The street's are flooded by filth. Raiders, Junkies, prosttutes a like. You name them. There is no little left over stain of pride or justice.
In every house, on every corner, in every alley, there is filth.They are crowded. But by the wrong means.
But something is about to change. One house. On one corner. That's where they meet. The hooded men.
There little lives ready to change the city. With only one weapon.
Their Hidden Honor.

So I've been thinking about an RP like this for a while. Salem (The capital of Oregon) is a bad place. Filled with raiders.
So one man by the name of Occul has send a message to invite a group of people to try and rid these streets of the filth that walks upon them.
They will not succeed in ridding the city of all of it. But they can make a difference.
They Will make a difference.
Your Role:
You have been invited by Occul (See CS below.) an unknown man to join his small group and try to free the city from it's evil chains. I guess you could kind of see it as a super-hero team but only you (and everybody else) has no special powers. You are just a simple person who wants to make a difference. You are invited into a small hidden house in an alley of the city. There you will meet Occul and the other members.

This RP takes place in 2246.
Salem Is the capital of Oregon. (Sound familiar to anyone? :hubbahubba: )
Salem has been left with only raiders,junkies,prosttutes, secret factions etc.
All people that had good intentions just left the city and headed South.
Thereby the city was even easier to take in by the filth (As we'll call them.)
Then a masked ghoul by the name of Occul came by. This city made him sick.
He knew that if he could get only a few people to join him and help him it would maybe wake the city up and see the
dirt it has silently kneeled in for so long. As the RP is in 2246 the NCR has been starting to expand. Even into Oregon
In Salem there are a lot of little factions
, including A man who wears an Advanced Power Armor helmet is worshiped by vagabonds who view him as a Messiah.
He was a former Drill Sergeant who drills them in combat and tells them the Enclave will someday soon swoop in and save them from destitution.
They're well trained in guerrilla warfare and fiercely defend the Sergeant. His name is Wallace. ( :hubbahubba: )
And surrounding Salem there are a bunch of cities that have also been in a mess.
Something is about to happen. There have been warnings of an even on the 24th of october on the main sqaure.
The team will have to go into the underworld and find out what and why.

Please let me know what you think of this. If there are people interested I will make CS for you to fillin ,rules and write a more detailed story and start with event's and such. However we will have a group of 5-8 or something people.

Name: He was born as Franklin Worthing, at the age of 12 he changed his name to Dan Foster. However when he turned 16 he saw no use in having a name and people started knowing him as Unum Oculum.(Shortened as Ocul)
Age: Around 350 years old. He was born before the great war. How ever he has almost no memory of that era.

General appearance: Ocul looks frightening and not like someone you'd let close to the ones you care about.
Equipment: Ocul carries a sawed off shotgun and a 9mm pistol. He also has a small knife.
Personality: Ocul is not social at all. He doesn't like people, it doesn't matter who they are. He also doesn't like to talk and tries to avoid having contact with people at all. Ocul sees the world in black and white. There are the good people and the bad people. No matter who the bad people are, if they did something wrong they have to pay their price for it. He normally doesn't look at people and when he walks around people it seems like he doesn't even notice them.
Skills: Ocul is great in handling knives, small guns and sneaking.

When he was 8 and she 16. Their mother's drug problem got even worse but she refused to talk about it with anyone. Instead she asked her daughter (Marry) to buy some drugs for her. When se refused their mother took a knife and killed her own daughter, while Frankling was watching. Franklin became furious and lost all sense of control. He took a small but very sharp knive from the kitchen table and jumped at his mother and penetrated her chest with the knife. He couldn't control his hand as it chopped in and out of his mother's chest. She died. He hid the knive at a place he knew no one would find it. Frank was send to a special clinic for children with personallity disorders.
At the age of 12 Frank was picked up by his aunt because all the four years that he was in there he didn't do anything weird or wrong. But all the newspapers knew about the little frank who killed his own mother. So she renamed him to Dan Foster. For a long time he lived silently in her house and went to school. But at october 23 2077 the bombs fell and Dan was ghoulified. His aunt and all the other people he knew didn't survive the bombing. He was 16.
He remained living in the ruins in his aunt's basemant for over 2 months as she had enough food for him in the basemant. Eventually they ran out of food and he went to the city looking for something to eat. There he saw a raider attempting to [censored] a 14 year old girl. (At least he thaught she was 14) He silently sneaked around the raider and when he thaught it was time he jumped at him from the back and pierced the raiders eyes with his fingers. The raider shouted in agony looking for his weapon. But Dan found it first he took the weapon (Which was a 9mm pistol) And shot the raider through his head 4 times. He looked at the girl but she already ran away. Dan took the raiders weapons and walked towards the old place where he and his mom lived.
On his way he realised that this world was cruel. He thought back at the time with his mom and he disgusted her. When he came at the house it was not completely destroyed. He looked for the knive he hid a long time ago. He found it at the exact place. He saw the blood on their and he threw up thinking about what he had done. But still it was a right thing to do. Only so could she rest. But it's not a human thing to kill your mother. So he didn't see himself as a human. He promised himself to forget his name and to get the world rid of all the terrible people that walk on it. He knew it was impossible. But even if he could rid 5 and then die. He would have done something.
For a long time Ocul walked around the wastes. From his hometown (Which was in texas) all throughout the mojave wasteland to the capital wasteland.
