first off i love the crysis series cause of all the great mod support it has. i have a request/question for the modders. i own a gtx 295 and i know dx11 is starting to pick up and everything but i spent alot of money on this card and don't really wanna upgrade right now if i don't have to. i was upset to find out that pom was reserved for dx11 users when in the first crysis it was available to dx10 users. my question is, has anyone figured out how to use pom in the dx9 version of crysis 2? i know it could be "activated" in the first crysis under dx9, so is there a way to "activate" it in crysis 2.

Maybe there is a console command? I don't know it...

well i downloaded the dx11 patch and then tried r_UsePom 1 like in crysis 1 but nothing. one guy somewhere on here was able to take the high res textures abd activate them without having a 64 bit os so i was just a little hopeful that someone on here would have figured a way to enable pom without dx11.
