When I load the game, I type in my username and password. Then it says logging in with the spinning little figure and every time it says it can't connect due to network problems. I've allowed the program through windows firewall. I've checked dozens of threads on many forums and there seems to be no good answer. I tried running it as administrator and still the same result.
