ok i tryed to install geck for the first time in my entire life and i get this message

"this application has failed to start because libvorbisfile.dll was not found,
Re-installing this application may fix the problem."

Now i will start off by asking...how the hell to you re-install an installer

I have scoured the internet trying to fix this thing but I have found nothing that my mental compasity is able to figure out

so if anyone is willing to send me a working GECK or can help me fix the installer i have....PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SPEAK UP

The Geck doesn't have an installer.
You just extract the files to this directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\
