i woud prefer enchanted arrows so long as an enchantment yields me a stack of around 10-20 enchanted arrows. i think that would make it better and more balanced.

I'd rather have an enchanted bow than enchanted arrows, since I would be too lazy to enchant arrows eventually. Maybe that's just me. As long as the enchant on the bow affects the arrows. Say if you enchant it with fire, the arrows will be of fire, not just regular arrows.

I can't see the point of having 6 different enchantments for every situation possible. If you do, chances are you're better off doing magic instead, which is infinitely more versatile. Or in the very least you can use scrolls and poisons.

okay so its exactly like oblivion i figured it would be that way i fail to see how this is anything major or unprecedented.
