Hi there

I looked briefly through the topics and did not find an answer to my problem - I hope I don't double post something already answered.

Well, here's my problem:
I bought Fallout 3 as the game of the year edition via Steam, including all DLC's, all files are on my harddrive, they are all enabled. BUT it seems they do not initialize correctly since I don't get any new radio signals or quests. (Yes I was standing in the wastelands and I waited... and waited^^) It does not work with eitehr saved games nor with new ones.
What's odd about htis is that the level cap actually increased to 30. So the DLC's should be loaded but still... no radio signals. I figured it can't really ba an issue regarding Windows Live since A) i didn't get the files from there, B) they are complete and C) a part of the DLC (level cap) worked.

Sooo... any ideas? I'd be grateful for any help, thanks a lot!
