Hold L2 + R2 + Square immediately after Trophy loading Screen until "Fallout: New Vegas" and "Press Start" disappear from main menu. Do this pretty much every time you run the game. Have fun!

What is this supposed to do exactly? I know it probably should be obvious but please humor me. Is this a fix for the new patch or is it going to erase everything?
